Um. We're talking about the gameplay video, right? Where he says "Your world will burn until it's surface is but glass." He would not be addressing Earth from High Charity. It is not Tartarus, in fact, it doesn't sound remotely like him at all. I don't see how you could even mistake that for Tartarus. The only characters who speak like that are Prophets. There's really no similarities between that voice and Gravemind, or Tartarus.

Yeah... but his voice is too deep... And it just ultimately sounds more like a Brute.

It sounds nothing like a Brute, it's deeper than the Prophet's we've heard, but it is not even close to the depth of a Brute's voice.

It's most definitely a prophet...they have that same tone of speaking, and what words they use. Tural is right. There's a bunch of Prophets, it could be any of them...doesn't have to be a higher one.
It's could also be just like the Halo 2 trailer...where in the end, you can hear Truth say "There are those who said this day would never come. What have they to say now?" Just a minor line that was mostly made for that trailer, but was shoved into the game during fights above High Charity. I even missed it the first couple of times I played through it.

Well at 1:14 I see the green waypoint...Which could mean Co-op? Since it doesn't have a distance underneath it. NVM it's just the arbiters...

EDIT: Also noticed at 1:39...besides a 'new' warthog...I see a covie tower which means more sniping jackals! Yessss.

EDIT again: OMG at :38 there is a brute holding a body above his head...A guy with a yellow hard hat...Civilians mb mb?
