I hate making these topics, but I really want to know howto do what you guys do, can someone give me a link to a tutorial on howto do this, or give me tutorial here?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

open HMT open bitmaps tag then the weapon u want and save file into a folder and open photoshop (make sure u have .dds plugin)
open the file and skin it the way u want then go bak into HMT and inject file and open up the new .dds file that u saved

Sorry bout the dubble post,
Bitmaps says it isnt a valid file.. any other way i could do this?

open a map that is actually a map (blood gulch) go into the bitmaps tag

bitmaps.map, sounds.map (and i think ui.map are all special maps that are referenced to, not used directly, so they are not valid map files, but i may be wrong about the ui.map, never did anything with it.)
