Anybody have a link to a halo 3 mod that has the trip mine and what not.
i already searched the downloads but god knows i probably missed one.
i already had fun with the bubble sheild and i want to see how sweet the trip mine is, or am i going to have to get off my lazy but and do it myself?

nah. i don't want to copy it into a map, i just want to play a map that has it.
I'm more of a person who enjoys halo 2 mods then one who makes them.

I'm close to making a proper proximty mines. Just need to figure out a few more things or come up with a new method of activating it... anyways I'll release a tut when its done...

Im honestly thinking of making a Project ORSM 2: Halo 3 edition so everyone can combine their works into an orsm mod.
trip mines are easy though.
This collaboration is not endorsed by Halomods
Technically its only me animating though

[derailing] Don't get them confused like everyone seems to. a trip mine is triggered by a laser LINE--good for doorway traps. A LANDMINE is triggered when you WALK or DRIVE over it. I PROXIMITY mine is triggered by just being near enough for it to kill you >_>

hmm for the proximity mine, mabey you could get the soccerball body, make its texture invisible, then make its "other texture (the one you feel) into glass... and somehow make that the "tripping mechanism?"

glass would be too strong. maybe the glass from beaver creek base ceilings that crush easily under human pressure.

just give the soccer ball nulled shad and then give it the health of the beaver creek glass
