Halo PC: Grey Halo Armor
I have a Dell Windows XP, and my graphics card is an Intel(R)82865G Graphics Controller. The problem is that No matter what happens when I play halo, The halo armor is Grey. And the texture detail isn't great either. The Halo ring is pitch black when I start halo. But I don't care much about that because In game play it has color. http://www.xfire.com/screenshots/trmbmsc/
I had a download that gave it color and some texture. For example. In blood gulch I could see like a granny look in the dirt and grass instead of it being one color. The download was great and it worked but I lost it in a reformatting. Ive tried looking everywhere. So I decided to ask. Does anyone have the download link they could send to me? Ive tried looking everywhere. I found a download that looked like what I had before. But it didn't work. I would greatly appreciate your help.
Thanks in Advance

RE:
Buying a graphics card is out of the question. lol. The card isn't a card its a chipset. But My parents never use this computer enough to get the benefits of a new graphics card. And If i pay for it with my own money, they will 'somehow' get mad at me because I will have to like get a tech over at my house to do it. And than we will have to pay them. And If I try to install it myself with a guide Ill be afraid to mess it up. I just really want that download. I'll be happy with just the download. If someone knows what I am talking about (Having experienced the same problem or knows someone who has), Can they please help me out?

I remember something like that, vaguely. However, I don't know the name of it at all.santaclaus1986 wrote:Buying a graphics card is out of the question. lol. The card isn't a card its a chipset. although they are proprietary jerks, i think adding in videocards is ok. just make sure you get a PCIe card, and check to see whether it's x16 or not.santaclaus1986 wrote:I heard that Dell computers can onyl have dell gfx cards. and it wont accept any other card. And my slot type is a PCIe
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>
