unfortunately SG the problem with Hi-Res bitmaps you need to keep the bumpmaps very clean or they ruin the look of you bitmap.

Havnet tried with the bumps yet...
But I just love the extra detail one can achieve from the hi res (even though it eats megabytes for breakfast)

The bump size stays the same, so it really screws things over, unless your bump is very repetitive. I haven't really experimented with the high resolution stuff yet.

Ugh >_> you;ll undertand what I mean.

Here: Bumpmaps so far I only got to work max of 512x512, so they have LESS detail than their hi-res bitmaps, which is no good because then you LOOSE detail... So to KEEP detail you need to MINIMIZE the amount of actual "Bumping"...

Oh and LMAO; each Hi-Res tag makes the map like a megabyte bigger >_> and 56 64x64 barely made it to a megabyte... perhaps I should start a Low-Res-Skinning trend, lol.

I have worked on the wgit ent plugin,i am searching, i didn't finished the plugin, i have 90% of values named, there are a lot of bitmask for transitions effects which i am looking for and naming. I will release the mainmenu skin+plugi+tutorial soon.

I can change text color/font(which must be already in the game)
Displace texts,buttons,bitmaps
Change the button type, show or hide a number of buttons
Change transitions or effects.
Duplicate or add bitmaps or text.

But i cannot add new bitmap tags to mainmenu because it brakes the external bitmaps for MP maps which are referenced on mainmenu  so for makign this new UI i can only use the existing bitmap tags.

Is it possible to change the filter color on the mainmenu?

Thats a sick mainmenu neados, try making the lobby and stuff look more halo 3, that would be an amazing mainmenu.

Thanks, about the blue philter no, i tried changing the philter color but it's complex.
It's the egor tag which make that effect, but it has a dependency which brings to a shader the shader to a stem and the stem to a spas, so here where you need to research to change the philter color, it's probably in the shad, but the shad plugin isn't yet complete.

I will do some research on it maybe.

Wow, you're making some solid progress there. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see more of the menu.
