Okay. Well I am writing this because the tutorial section is a section for tutorials, not a section to ask for a tutorial or ask a question. See, the Tutorial section is getting some posts that have titles like:
"NVM I FOUND THIS BY MYSELF PLZ DELETE"
and
"DELETE THIS"
because people were asking questions in their topic, messed around with the modding tools, and found how to fix their problem.

Now, in a tutorial section there should be tutorials. There shouldn't be questions about something. Same goes with the Download section. You don't post in the download section because you want a download to something. If you have a question about modding you can ask in two places.
