I have no clue what a Rufeecolada actually is, but my knowledge of South Park could suggest to me it's a sleeping aid of sorts.

like oh my god our power went out mauro went crazy, he was complaining about not being able to cook or hot water, or talking to you guys, sheesh he should just marry you guys, but it was sweet he got a whole bunch of candles and he put on the table and we made bbq and we had a candle light dinner, I love him soooooo much, so hows it feel to have a girl on this site?

Rufee or Rufi is a drug which can make people pass out..When they recover they have no memory of what happened.

Rufeecolada is from Family guy (hence the family guy reference)...It is a pinacolada filled with rufees. He orders them for women he goes on dates with...

to start a relationship im sweet, nice, etc. now that i am all the way it changes. you trust more. therefor i treat her just like a regular person, i dont have to be all nice anymore cause i know it doesn't matter anymore. get what i mean? that doesn't mean im a bitch to my girlfriend
