im not THAT crazy! here, this is what i get when i open the H2Core 04-02-07 Release file:

and this is waht happens when i start either of those two files:

it doesnt start...i just get this second screen that i cant boot it from. and when i try and close outta it, it re opens and i hafta ctrl>alt>del just to get it off my screen...WTF??!!

Those screens are normal. Make sure you have clean single_player_shared, shared, and mainmenu.maps in a folder somewhere, and open them in those pop ups. You NEED those files when using Core and Guerilla.
