help with mainmenu

i put it on my hardive and when i went to games then halo 2 i pressed a and then it says there are problems with the disk you are trying to use it could be dirt or damaged

Might need to resign your mainmenu.map.

ahhhh dam i tried playing the map and it just said failed to load map so i tried resighning it agin and it still said failed to load map lol omg
