wow this is gona be tight if it wasn't so late i would make one but you prolly wouldn't want to use it i suck at graphics

anyone got any tips on what i should use i love to draw sketches but i can't do anything good usin the comp

Try reading a couple of tutorials, there are some useful ones (or there were stickied at the top of this forum.

Or you could always scan one of your sketches?
