Please help

A few months ago the image I had set as my desktop just disappeared and now its just plain grey and it won't let me choose a new one

Any one know how to fix this?

no, the only thing i can click is the thing to change the color of the background

yes of course I have, it only been 3 months, I've even called Microsoft twice but I've only gotten some indian who i cant understand

Thanks, I had to delete some remote file with regedit and its working now
