Ok i finally have almost everything with my model done, the only problem i have is, that if i move the shoulder or arm bones the top of MC's back deforms with it and i can find no reason for it to happen, help plz.

This is what i'm talking about, the circled vertices are the ones that are messing everything up, i dont have them in the envelope and i don't know what to do. Help plz

Then go into the Skin modifier, edit modifier. Click the bone that has the extra vertices that are weighted on and click them and change their weight to 0. Then that way doesn' always work. So go the bone(In your case its Spine 1) that the extra weight are supposed to be in. And the extra vertices should have no weight so change their weight 1. And there you go.
