I'm not sure, but I think you need the latest .net Framework.

No. There is no A.I. in multiplayer to edit.

How do you edit their permutations in this? Theres no place for the String ID.

I didnt post the version that allows permutation edits, I used the wrong term even thoough im sure I have a version like that some where in my computer, But still its really easy to edit permutations using other programs.

Mayby a little to late but mayby i have an idea

Put on AI Teams on it (i dont know to real name) I mean That we can you their to so yellow or something ect. ect. ect.

Yes, it is called teams, and they are like this. Yellow: Marines, Green:Covenent, Purple: Flood. I forgot the rest, but there not really important.
