Answer to question number 1: PMI, its different on a SP map though , so use this tutorial:http://halopc.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=597

answer to question #2:

open the map in hmt
goto [weap]
select the shotgun
goto the projectile dropdown and select 0
minimum ROF is 18
maximum ROF is 20
ammo per shot is 0
minimum and maximum spread is 0.01

You need phenomena's plug-in pack which is stickied here, then follow the tutorial that moose_guy just posted.

To get a faster firing shotgun you would have to edit the animation files.....
Tell me if you figure it out cause I always wanted a super speed shotgun too
