Is it possable to add a horn to the warthog?

Well, is it? what about halo CE?

I want to get a good general lee skin, and add in the horn, ect.

This is very possible, it requires knowledge of editing functions in guerilla then converting the tags.

Or you could go around that and do this:
1: Put a horn sound file instead of the chaingun sound.
2: Make the chaingun not actually shoot anything, and make it able to be fired by the driver.
3: Make the chaingun invisible, so you're technically shooting, but it's only a sound that comes out.

Yeah that sounds good, i might try that, and make it so that you can't get in the turret too.
