ok, get the program HMT3 program from the website (it is there) open up ur map, and in the list, look for the weapon one, open that one up and look for a weapon and put a zoom 16x on it, but be sure to put atleast 2 or 3 levels of zoom in. Obiously the possibilities are endless (200 zoom in )
ex:
Zoom Levels: 2
Minimum Zoom: 2
Maximum Zoom: 16
Well... 16x Zoom Was Made. Yes. We all know. We have done it with with AR and more. But why doesn't it work with the Rocket Launcher, Sniper, Pistol, ect? The ones that already have zoom. Well that is because when u change it with ar it zooms in but it doesn't give u that screen. The one where it says 2x and everytin when u zoom in. So when changin to 16x there is no error because it doesn't use the 16x screen. But wait. The Pistol and ect use that screen and the 16x screen wasn't made. Well. Then they don't. You can't have that 16x screen if it wasn't made. It's like.. Umm, you can't eat an apple if you don't have one.
Ie: Pistol has that screen and 16x screen wasn't made so it locks up.
Teh ar doesn't use that screen so it can use 16x zoom.
Maybe in HMT3 but in Hex Editor it screws up. HMT3 transfers all nesecarry data reguired to not give u an exception error. Hex Editor is just changing 0000000000000 into 0040 0041 0050 or whatever! HMT3 is bound to work.
Nah. 10x was to powerful because you could snipe bases from middle of bg. That's why bungie probably changed it. 8x is perfect. 12 would be overpowered.
Why would you even want to pust a zoom on the other weapons? They arn't accurate enough to take the time to modify them to have zooms. All I'm saying is, why spend five minutes to put binoculars on an assault riffle?
