There is no link at projectmimesis.com - you have to get it off of the usual places - the same place every other xbox program is.

i kind of found that out in the faq's of mimesis

What exactly are you saying? Mimesis isn't just, on your hardrive. That guide shows you how to get on Xbins IRC channel. Then once you are on the channel you can ftp to their file server and get mimesis from there.
