Flickering Lights

On lockout in the basement theres a flickering light coming out of one of the cells. Is that an effect? How could i spawn that randomly in the map. Like make a room with a big strobe light in it

actully its a spawned light
yes you can move it around the map
to add it you duplacate the ligting placement and move it to your pleasure

If xzodia's site has the latest light plugin you can also edit the flickering values to make it faster or slower.

i believe they are xml plugins

Looks like it, but they work as a .ent also. How long is halo time compared to seconds, like when it does all the timing stuff?

its measured in "real" seconds
