How do you make a gravity gun?

How do you make a gravity gun? ive seen it done before but i dont know how its done.

basically you change the spawn point of the projectile to really far under the map, and give it some lock on ability, and make it have no damage, but i'm pretty sure that exile gives permission for people to rip his if they ask for it and offer credit, pretty sure you can find the map in outstanding mods section
