Is anyone else here a baseball fan? What team do you like?

I'm a pretty huge fan of the sport. I'm a big New York Mets fan, and I'm pretty happy that they're winning 4-0 right now.

Not a fan of the sport, it's really slow, way too many potty breaks, and seems like golf with roids.

one of the things that did spark my interest was this Japanese pitcher that (I think...) the Red Sox put on for a crazy amount of money, and he has this unhittable "Mystery Pitch."

I'm pretty sure the Mets just completely owned the Cardinals.

And for those of you saying baseball sucks, that's because you didn't grow up with it. You need to be introduced to the sport as a young kid to like it.

Yes, the game may seem to move slowly for some, but if you love the game like I do, it's all fun.

No, what I'm saying is, I'd rather play it than watch someone on TV play it. I'm more of a hands on person than an observer.

I did. I played little league for 2 years. mid way in the 2nd season, I started playing hockey, and finally got to the point where it got sooo boring that I left after 6 Innings.
