i was looking at the meta editor in entity under the tag sbsp and i found this

lol i saw that to . I don`t wtf that is. I wonder what it does... :? It might make AI not hear your movements ... But what do I know :p 8)

It means the AI will become deaf to your movements/actions, its pretty a pretty funny option to play with.
