Hey New Age I felt your pain lol. You put it in the File Formats folder. I was confused, too, since my BusinessEdition had just 1 plug-in folder but now that I have PS 7.0 I had to try a couple out. Hope this helps. GL
P.S. make sure PS is closed when U add it or reload it after so it can configure.

What the hell was that?

I have the same thing (photoshop cs) dont put it in any of the folders!! copy it then go to plugins and paste it there ( there are ten folders in your plugins directory, the dds file should be the only one out side of those folders, INSIDE YOUR PLUGINS DIRECTORY!!!! That should do itNew Age wrote:where do i put it.. i know in the plugins folder but there are many folders inside the plugin folder.. so i put it in each one and no dice

i cant save the damn thing into a .dds it only lets me do .pds plugin only gave me a half!
Works fine in PaintShopPro 8 - just put it in the main Plugins folder.
But can you do something about the popups? Every time I Browse a folder of dds files, I get a popup tellimg me about MIPS for every pic, and it's slightly beyond annoying

Of course work sucks - that's why it's called work. If it was fun, it'd be called play, and we'd get $4 million a year instead of $6 an hour.

Mac version
Is this compatible with Photoshop 7.0 for Mac? Is there a program or plugin with which I can accomplish the same thing? Note: I have a PC, and I use Halo PC, so I could run a windows dds converter or something, I just don't have Photoshop for windows.
Thanks
Thanks
