No its a script, someone should make a script injector for PC.

One line script compiled into the CE scenario for standard BG, then CE scenario extracted and rebuit into the PC modded version of BG.

Code: Select all

(script startup hangon
(set rider_ejection 0)
)
Not even sure where that script would go, but maybe someone else does? Quoted that from the topic HPC Modded Server Map, and im not even sure if you have to do a CE->PC conversion.

CE>PC conversion is required, and we will never get a pc script injector i am willing to bet.

Well what about a DEV trainer just for that script.

I don't think you can do it with CE - PC conversion because you have to rebuild with HMT and use the PC map.

it has to do with rebuilding involving ce ;)

scripts are stored in the .scenario in ce.
so, you add the script in bloodgulch (ce version).
extract the the .scnr.meta from it with hmt and rebuild your pc version of bloodgulch with it ;)

not to hard to do, my gravity mod had\has that script in.

Agreed. Why not just download the HPC one that's already done on Blood Gulch? http://forums.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=56940 If you don't like how they modifed the weapons then just use HMT to fix that up and voila you have your no vehicle fall out. As for Deathisland, there is no need for the CE->PC hassle.

By the part in bolded do you mean to use memory hax so you can just have the singular APP to do it for all maps? If that is the case the thing you need to edit is a internal global called rider_ejection, by defualt its value is 0.

If my guess is wrong about what you ment could you please explain. :D
