I find it hard to use the correct words to describe this.

New teleporters with animated texture. Probably a bit bright, will no doubt tweak it lots.

It's not that bright, but around the edges where the white touches the wall could use some darkening. Looking great as usual ^o^

This looks so awesome. The orange of the fire looks good, but the white and red not so much.

Nice, a little bright but as you said it's already being worked on. I like how creative you're being with the teleporters.

very cool..

Idea/Suggestion 1: make the fireplace/teleporter a little deeper.
Idea/Suggestion 2: Put some real flames(with damage set to zero, and without any smoke) inside it, just a bit behind the fiery teleporter texture.

Then it'd look like the player was walking into a real burning fireplace perhaps.

Or here's a rather crazy idea...you could create a separate flame-thrower damage tag, and you could have the player catch on fire with harmless flames as he exits the teleporter. (I don't have the HEK installed on my laptop right now, so I can't double-check the feasibility of this idea). While it would probably be out of place, it would be rather freaky...You would be standing near the teleporter, and then you see this person covered in flames walk out of it...

I don't think it was meant to be a fire place, I think it's a portal of some sort.

This is the other teleporter. I've changed the shader so that the white in the previous picture now modulates the fire texture and turn it yellow/orange as it moves. I think it works better now that it's not so blinding.

AWESome! I love this map already. And, I think you might've said, it's almost done? Love the new fire! Works awesomely. The fire idea(where you catch on fire) seems pretty good, and shouldn't take too long. However, your map. Anyone could probably add that later.

wow. After seeing the firstpage( wich deseperatly needs to be updated) I tought this was some crappy wannabe map but after seeing last page's screen shots I have to say I am totally astonished and that this is possibly the most awesome, graphical masterpiece ever made for Halo. Is this all bump maps? I wich it's not for I cannot see those.

It is all bump maps, custom cubemaps, and shaders. It's probably the most graphically detailed map I've ever seen.

You'll have to be patient for the next update. Designing, building and texturing the final section from scratch takes time.
