looks fine to me? if you want to, you can use a converted height map as the additional bump in a normal bump. all you need to do is use the nvidia filter to convert the extracted normal maps to height maps.

How could you have had the proper normal maps when there wasn't any way to get them prior to the latest Entity/tools?

just make sure you use the entity i linked and export the bumps.

thats why i used a cubemap. although im thinking using an hdr image would be better. but using a straight raytrace is bad unless you edit the background plane because its not connected to itself.

....It's meant to look like that. I don't like the cheesy look of the cube map. real glass reflects things around it not just some strange gold mix color. Actually it has the cube map in it also. Whatever empty space it's reflecting is replaced by the cube map. And as for the strange black lines in the visor.. I didn't want that either. Looks too cartoonish.

I'm fully aware of the effect you've achieved, you don't need to try to explain the use of cubemaps versus raytracing to me. Let me be more clear:
Give it a scene because the visor looks terrible reflecting that scene, if you could even call it a scene at all. It's 90% black, which looks really bad.

Because it isn't appropriate to shake with your right hand.
Thus, near everyone shakes with their right.
Everyone, in the case of a decent, formal environment.

Obviously you're excluded from said places quite often.

no i got used to using my left hand due to the fact i nearly lost my right hand when i was of a young age.
