Ok for this tutorial you are going to need SPPF, HMT 3.5, a new skin for an item and previous experience with rebuilding maps.
The first thing you want to do is set up your folders. I set mine up like this.
Mod
Batch Extract
Build
VIB
New Stuff
1. Open your map that your are going to be adding a skin to in HMT. For the sake of this tutorial I

wow wtf is wrong with people these days. Although i do think it was a little overboard to bring down halopc.net because of that. Oh well.
Anyways ummm, do you have any idea on how to apply bitmaps to a map so that when u release the map you don't have to inclue a ppf. I hate ppfs
lol. I've been asking around for this forever and nobody has a clue except for DECOY but he's a little pissed at the moment and i dont think he'll be making a tut. Most people have no idea what i'm talking about so if you look at most of DECOY's mods, in perticular his sandwinder mod, there is no ppf involved and all u do is put the map in ur maps folder and play
Well anyways thanks for this tut bye
