Yea firefox has a lame load up time, but the lack of adds sells it to me, plus Firefox is just more awesome.

I've never felt the need to extend my web browser. I don't even know what any of the the freakin extensions are. Obviously it's something I don't need.

yup. They're pretty much all things that are cool once and then something you never want to use again.

Some extensions I use quite frequently...such as tools to download videos directly off of YouTube and other embedded flash sites, a notifier that checks my Gmail account for new messages, and a Wikipedia contextual menu option.

The only extensions I have are Linkification (on GameFAQs' forums, the links appear as text...and in certain .txt documents on various sites, etc), various search engines for sites I frequent, and FireFTP...which I honestly don't even use.

I thought of something else...the recently closed tabs feature in Firefox. At any given time I usually have around 2-3 tabs open, and I am constantly closing the wrong one. The recently closed tabs feature is amazing and a life saver...almost makes me hate using older versions of Firefox (and other browsers that don't have it).

I use IE, but my flash player only works on firefox so I have to switch to that every once and a while.

Amen. That and the restore tabs feature are really fun.

Tsk Tsk, don't know it's wrong to post things you got from someone else even if they've been banned from the forum?

And don't steal my quotes >_>
I use Firefox because the Aliens told me to.

Don't know what you are talking about for the FF loading time... I don't have any problems, besides, once FF is open I don't close it until I go to sleep.

the best part of firefox that I've found was, It didn't give you an annoying notification when you opened tabs for the first time. I find it easier to come here, and middle click my hot sections, and pop through them all.

That restore tabs thing does sound cool. But I'm sticking with IE. Other extensions you mentioned don't really appeal to me. I don't ever download movies, I rarely get popups, and the aliens can kiss my rump.

I just barely found out about middle-clicking. I love it.
