New Website Design

I was working on this yesterday for a bit... I wanted it to look like the blue parts were brushed off and so only those parts of the page mattered.

Anyhow, right now none of the links work or any of that, but eventually it'll be my porfolio....

with my current portfolio is just used PHPNuke as something simple to use right then. I wanted to create something entirely from scratch for this site, and so all the art on it is custom by me.

What do ya think?

Do you have any suggestions on how to make it better?... this is my first website besides some of that PHPNuke crap (install and go lol) so I would like some honest feedback.

yea, that means you can give your opinion and not get flamed for it...

I made that left box work now with links and such to the other pages.

it needs alot of work, but the concept is ok... try not making it so much of a dense color of blue.

One thing to always remember your design can be as 1337 as your imagination can make it but if it isn't user friendly then it fails.
