I don't mind muting people.

Although I don't mute little kids that scream because I find it hilarious. Especially when I am recording.

Despite the annoying-ness of this has anyone noticed that $40 for some cheap recording equiptment for XBl is not only a ridiculous waste of money but a complete waste of $40? I mean I could buy like 6 and a half wendy's triple classics...

Why the fuck would you do that?

Go get a real meal. You can get filet mignon for like...$30-50 depending on where you get it. Also, fast food is trash.

Despite numerous comments about annoying 13 year-olds, I am 13, and I'm not annoying. Maybe because I don't have a mike.

Too true.

The 13 year-olds aren't always the annoying ones.

The annoying ones are the ones that have yet to go through puberty, or cannot seem to shut the fuck up under any circumstance.
I don't care what their voice sounds like, as long as they don't act like complete morons.

They should just release an anti Trash talk device:

12 year old kids constantly pressing the "Suck my cock" button? Respawn times too short to silence them? Well simply press the antin trash talk button, causing all other trach talk devices in the server to explode, sending shrapnel flying in to the unsuspecting face of those pesky kids. Having their jaws wirded shut for 12 months should sort them out!
