Help with vehic mods and skinning and weapons

Need a good program for skinni ng that is esay to use and some help with adding vehicles from campaign mode to multiplayer because every time i try i get a blackscreen when it should load also i cant seem to get a jackle shield to work i cant even look were it spawns or go near ti without it freezing can you people please hep me with it

Use Photoshop for skinning. Just google it and get the free trial.

Entity is a good program for the stuff your listing.

As for the vehicle thing...what vehicle specificly(sp?)?

I try to get gravity chairs and sentinle enforcers for vehicles and my screen goes balck when i resighn it ftp it and try to load it also i got the jackle shield on map just freezes when i get near it or somone else gets near it
