Heh, I like all sorts. By the way, I didn't read any of the middle pages, but if anyone claims Hawthorne Heights to be hardcore, I will black-list them. I just wanted to point that out. Norma Jean is my current favorite. I try to stay with Christian bands, but I like a little Atreyu, Slipknot, Between the Buried and Me, and what ever else I can find that's loud. I enjoy the nice driving sensation I get out of loud music. I don't however limit myself to this one type. I'll listen to most anything aside from country and rap. I'm really into Evanescence and The White Stripes right now, despite their major difference. Listening to some Audioslave right now. :)

Meh..I listen from all ranges between death metal to heavy metal to hardcore...I like the bands like Hatebreed, Sworn enemy, Subzero, Bury your dead, full blown chaos, first blood, throwdown....and I sometimes enjoy the occasional knights of the abyss and job for a cowboy....Just....bleh. I don't care much for the "gothic rock" groups such as cradle of filth...although nymphetamine is good :) The only thing I stay away from...= High pictched screamers...Underoath..Chiodos are just eww IMO...the scream makes me cover my ears...Chipmunks weren't meant to yell.
I used to think Nsync was hardcore! not really >_>

99% of the "hardcore" things mentioned in this topic are a joke.

So are people who put OoO and XxX (not trying to flame you Coco) and all that crap in front of/at the end of their name.

Well, probably the closest thing to hardcore that I listen to would be Trivium. And that's metal (I listen to them mostly because of the phenomenal drummer that they have and the awesome lyrics, it's just that you can't understand most of it. :|)

They do have a couple songs that aren't like that though (Dying in Your Arms, Anthem (We Are The Fire)). Some of their fans have some really awesome graphics, too.

Wow, random rant... but yeah. :D

I really didn't like that comment, but whatever, can't beat a Staff right? :/

I know you don't really like me anyway.

I seriously put that in my name to make it longer, plus CountCocoFang didn't sound that good to me, so I had to think of something that looked cool.

I lol'd, oh so true. How about Dragonforce? Hardcore to the max, aside from the lame vocals.

If Dragonforce made an instrumental album, I'd buy it.

I don't mind the vocals per say, but it's more like...the lyrics are so...weird.

Well put. I think I actually have all their songs. Have you heard their Inhuman Rampage promo with Body Breakdown? It's like none other.

Check out a band called Liquid Tension Experiment, you'd like it.
