Changing sounds for halo PC
I can swap sounds around, but how do you create new ones? I've tried exporting them but they are unopenable, I tried importing the raw data with audacity but its gibberish, do you just have to make new sounds and import them in?
After you export them for some reason HMT doesn't actually make them a .wav or .ogg file. You have to go to the folder you exported them to and change the extension to either .wav or .ogg, depending on which type t was in the first place. If it's a .wav format, Windows Media Player can open it, if it's .ogg format, you'll have to convert it to some other type.
I'm having problems importing .ogg sounds myself. Whenever I import them they sound really high-pitched and are way too fast.
