Modeling Program

hey, i duel boot windows and mac OSX and i want to know if there is a good modeling program for my OSX that i can use to edit a Wavefront OBJ file.
all the programs i have downloaded (about 3) doesn't support the Wavefront OBJ file. any help will be appreciated

Wings3D is an awesome modeller for mac, I used to use it on the super macs at school. http://www.wings3d.com/

I also agree that Wings is a great modeling program and it does take a bit of getting used to. I mean, you try to move something "normally" and it explodes all over the screen. WTH does it even do that?

Despite the oddities, it is a great program.

how do you insert objects? E.G. speer, circles, boxes.

oh lol. i didn't find any button that will let me put objects in. i will look for Tuts on the program then i will post them

EDIT: to add object just right click when your not selecting on anything and click on the object you want in insert. it takes a while to get use to. but im fine now.
