the content and navigation boxes dont line up with the top banner.

Let's put it this way...tan and red don't match.

It's also way too simple, and that white area looks bad.

the text at the top with the reflection isnt reflected right.

Its nice, but you need to define what the text is reflecting off.

I agree with Ravn pretty much, though I do like the text.

Text is good.
The color is bad.
The render doesn't match the color.
The reflection doesn't look good making no sense as it is.
The Gradients don't do it for this too well.
Looks too plain.
The bottom banner with the copy right sign not being close to the name looks awkward.

Keep trying though, you'll get better.
