I'm sorry, it just doesn't look like you tried that hard. The edges aren't that great and it doesn't look like you spent any time making sure the colors were correct at all, not to mention flow correctly. The darkness of the lower regions of the MG42 were destroyed since you didn't bother to add some sort of gradient mask to the color change. It looks like an easily identifiable photoshop. Not sure about some of the colours, but I know that the MG42 stock and the uniform are pretty much spot on.
