how do i shoot the bullet train from terminal out of my weapon?

Swap your weapon's projectile with the machine. I don't know the train's file name off hand but i'm sure it's very obvious.

look in the [mach] tag and the trian is in there.

You want the train to move?
Open the triplicate in entity.
Duplicate the rocket launcher projectile.
Swap the shot from the weapon to the duplicated projectile.
Swap the hlmt of the proj to the train's.

I would say dependency swap the proj tag of a rocket launcher to the mach of the train.
