aw, man... macsforever gives a bad name to the mac community. Sorry macsforever, but it's true. I hate to say it, but,
#1, you know absolutely nothing about computers
#2, you know, Veegie's right...
Stop, please. Before you dig yourself too deep into your hole. I'm embarrassed just having you on my side... Sorry.. I just hate when people act like you do.. all it does is make Macs look even worse than when you started.
WarHampster is half right. If you're looking for versatility, get an intel mac. BUT, if you're into gaming, do NOT buy a mac. Buy a PC. Macs are NOT made for gaming. At all. The things that have been ported to mac are simply because the mac users want a little luxury every once in awhile.
So please, oh please, would you guys PLEASE stop saying "Macs suk because there's, lol, 5 games for them... sim city, marathon.. lol!"
Obviously that's not true, it was funny 10 years ago, and got really old after that. And I don't even care. I can use things like Final Cut, which to me is better than any game. It's a
real world application... I'm sure you could say "lol, games raise my power level 4 when I go into the marinz" or "Hey man I'm workin' for bungie when I grow up! I've been going into all the computer classes I could get into in HS and plan on going to MIT for college!" but to tell the truth, absolutely no! That's not going to happen. Now I'm just going off on a tangent!
I'm officially sick and tired of mac vs PC debates. they never work, because the PC people will NEVER learn. My proof? This conversation. Obviously the same can be said for the mac community (macsforever) but I try my very best to be fairly equal between the two kinds of computers.. And I am. I have 2 computers. One is a PC that I use for gaming, the other I use for graphical work and editing movies (a mac..) and that's what they should be used for.
Thank you, and I hope not to see another one of these...
