I've modified xbox halo maps for quite awhile now, but one thing I havn't mastered is extracting a biped from a singleplayer map and injecting it into a multiplayer map.
What I really want to do is replace the cyborg with a grunt biped. I managed to replace the cyborgs model with the grunts. However, I don't get how to replace the cyborgs animation trigger with the grunts, so the grunt basically floats around the map (wich is, of course, obvious).
Have anyone done this, and if, are there any tutorials on the matter?

But I read that tutorial and it was for Halo 2, not Halo 1 Xbox. Actually most hacking programs I found is designed to be used with Halo PC and not Xbox. Some functions such as extracting raw object list in HMT won't work at all. However I managed to complete the mod with HHT instead.
Should I maybe post a tutorial on this? It's a very simple process.

yeah, i wouldn't mind a tutorial on how to do some PMI extraction for xbox, i'm into again after a long while now and i just want some fun shit to do.. like this biped PMI.. and i wouldn't mind knowing how to get a pelican into a MP map as well
because.. none of this raw model extraction stuff is working for me in HMT.. the program gets an error with every other one of my ideas.
