Just watched it, very happy with the outcome. Ironically enough, I pretty much hate football. My parents got me really hyped up this year though. :P Yay Colts! :)

I went to watch it a friends for the food...the playing conditions were horrible, it was literally a downpour the entire time.

And my god, why did Prince play the Foo-fighters?

I didn't watch it, but are you talking about Darling Nikki? The Foo-Fighters covered that song, and it was originally done by Prince.

I'm not a big fan of Prince or Foo fighters, so I'm not sure. But I think it was "Best of you". The video will defiantly be on youtube soon.

Oh. Well then again, most of Prince's songs wouldn't be safe to play at the Super Bowl...so maybe he covered one of their songs because they covered one of his. :P

Just because he did the halftime show doesn't change the fact that he's a freaking wuss. He's almost on par with Michael Jackson, in my opinion.

He's actually quite the guitarist, and has a good singing voice. He can hit some high notes.

...Changing the subject back to the game, the only part I enjoyed was the Bears' kickoff return at the very beginning of the game, everything went downhill from there... :(

I didn't like the halftime show, but the Cirque du Solei (Correct my spelling) display and the "My Kid Plays For..." thing before the game was cool. The one where they have friends and family come out and talk about the players in their younger lives make the players just that much more human.

The Commercials this year were seriously weak, and the game was too. Brian Urlacher didn't shut down Peyton Manning like we all wanted him to, and the Bears could not catch a break.

He wasn't even playing it. If you had watched closely, you would have noticed that it still kept playing intricately when he wasn't even touching it.

I wanted the Bears to win but after the first kickoff and the 92 yard return for a touchdown it did go downhill. The fumble after fumble was pretty funny. I was suprised the Bears didn't blame it on weather conditions. The main reason I wanted Bears to win is because I hate Manning, he is a bad QB and doesn't deserve to get MVP. His defense team did a good job but offense not to well. The Bears just well I'll leave it at that. I don't like either team so it doesn't bother me much.

Well considering the fact that I learned what exactly the "Colts" were for the first time about a week before the superbowl started, you can tell I'm really into football. I said the Colts would win on IRC because everyone else said (Well, most, at least) the Bears would win.

The Bear is the mascot for my High School.. The Kodiak Bears.. Since I hate my school (not just because it's school.. they are doing a terrible job this year) that's another reason not to go for them..
