And since I know how to make them, I taught, why not make a tutorial on it.
And so I did.
You will need the following below.
HMTv3 with the Collison Model Plugin and more (Download Plugins Here).

1.Open up Hmtv3. Then open any map that you want to have human turrets in.
2. Then, take off all of the collsion model pieces of the warthog (in the branch "[coll] Collsion Model"). But dont take off anything thats related to the turret.
3.And then go to the branch "[vehi] Vehicle" and pick the warthog. Go to seat 0 by clicking on the arrow on the drop down list. And take off the seat name. And do the same for seat 1.
4. Next, go to the branch "[vehi] Vehicle" and pick the warthog. And at the right, click the little circles that are next to, Kill Physics, Kill Antenna, Lower Turret to Floor.
5. After you done that you can change the bitmaps of the warthog (in the branch "[bitm] Bitmap") to the cryo tube (but not the turret). Or you can change the shader model in the branch "[soso] Shader Model" with "characters\cyborg\shaders\shield hit" in the branch "[spla] Shader Plasma." I like changing the shaders because when u change the bitmaps u gotta make an extra .ppf file.
6. Now move it in Spark Edit to your desire. And your done!
