I will still hold doubts about thise until I see a medical report with Trulife's (Mauro's) name on it, along with a description of the injuries; perhaps and x-ray. Until then, I'm on the fence.

Well, I think I've stayed quiet long enough.

I think you should all be ashamed of yourselves. (Those who question this subject that is.) Why would Trulife not want this community to know about a life changing experience such as this? He has been an upstanding member of this community since before I was ever around. And I believe that he has grown to love this community enough to consider many of us here "family". Of course, he would want us to know about this! Many of us here are in contact with him on a daily basis, and I think a sudden absence of his daily communication to some of us, would be quite dissapointing. The man does have a heart, therefore, he would want us to know. Especially, with our latest project, he was so excited about it last time we talked on AIM. I told him I would devote all of my modding abilities to this project, all other projects would be put on hold. Our latest project is somthing that he really wants to make happen, it means alot to him as well as a few others. He wouldn't want us all to be left hanging, like "What happened to Tru? He hasn't been on in a while." So, a heads up on the situation, via his wife, knowing she went out of her way to make it possible. Seems only appropriate from anyone who has any since of compassion for what they do.

I hope to talk to you soon Tru, and you and your family are in my prayers.

Well, Gee, Maybe people have lost the whole sympathy card for anyone that had a life changing experience, let alone a near death incident. This community has gone through fake death after fake death to feel sorry for these kinds of things. After the highly publicized Santium issue, sympathy for near death,(or faked ones) have severely dropped. I highly suggest people that didn't deal with the listed issue, (including the Xavier one that kind of shadows this) lay off the quick judgments by senior members like Veegie on his say on this topic.

knowing people getting shot all of a sudden in my case isn't such of a big deal anymore, personally, After Demitrius Williams got shot and killed in broad daylight accross the street from where I was, and then My friend PJ getting shot and killed in front of his apartment building in front of his family and little siblings, shootings are not rare and things to cry over. But I do extend my "Get Well Soon's" to Trulife and his family.

I don't really know what to believe...all these death/injury claims are rather suspicious. If something were to happen to me, my relatives surely wouldnt immediately sign onto my account and inform everyone of such disaster. Fact is, they wouldn't know where to begin and would probably have other things on their mind anyways :P. Surely it would get around eventually from the select few who try calling my cell number, but that would probably be a while :?

Anyways, if the story is actually true, I wish Mauro and his family the best of luck and hope for a quick recovery :)

I'm locking the topic this time. However, I'll let it stay here until it eventually is pushed down the forum or we hear news on Tru's recovery. He is in my prayers, and for those who care, keep him in your thoughts. Those who don't, simply ignore this topic and move on to your every day lives.
