Spark Edit vs. Sapien

Since Sapien won't open on my computer, can I use Spark edit instead to populate the map?

You need to convert it to PC.
EDIT: it must be compiled.

How do I convert it to PC, and what is PC?
I thought it Spark Edit worked on all .map files?

What's the difference between Halo PC full files and Halo CE custom maps? Aren't they both .map?

.map is just an extension, like .jpg .exe .rar same extension doesnt mean same file.

They are from two different games, they are not interchangable.

i fixed mine by changeing the color setiting on my computer from 16 bit too 32 bit.

it worked for me.

that message that you're tlaking about usually only appears the first time you boot CE... by default it's supposed to only appear once.

Reinstall Halo CE and the HEK.
