[H2] Models Dissapearing

Ok I modded Gemini and injected all new models that I made with new vertexes and faces. So when I use DeToXs Shader Tool on them to fix the shaders they dissapear. It worked fine for Midship, And then when I dont use the Shader Tool parts of the model dissapeared but in Milkshape it looked fine. Actually in milkshape the dissapearing parts were black faces.

You have to model around the extracted model for it to turn out perfect.

So I cant fix it? Or do I just have to UVW map and skin the whole gun; which I cant do since I dont have 3ds max, Or can I use a different shader for the gun?
