First, I'm 16 ithankyew.
Second, I'll let you go on your marry way with your maps. But i'm watching you >_> lawl

Advice: Try to make your own textures, just try. If not, use the ones from Halo, because the ones from goldeneye are an eyesore.
More Advice: Gun modeling tutorial - http://tutorials.moddb.com/16/ (tutorial 1 doesn't work)

Don't get pissed at this post, I'm actually posting some helpful stuff so you can at least improove on Aztec.

Well, I thought you were doing good until you exploded there. To be honest, if someone thought I was ripping when I wasn't, I'd be happy... But I wouldn't just not post anymore because someone accused you of something. Even though the weapons were pretty lame, I liked the map. I'd say finish the aztec map and post it, regardless as to what JK thinks.

And my point still stands, those are some simple things to model, and not all that hard to replicate, so I do beleive he made them.

Sorry, I didn't mean to "explode" like that. But I do swear I didn't rip those models.

They may not be, but laser is good at modeling. If he says they're not ripped I'll believe him, its just that they look almost identical.

Do you guys want to know why they look so close, almost exact?

I import the model that I exported from N64 and I use that model as reference to make my models. That is why they almost look the same.

I do not use the ripped models. I use my own.

if you rip the models and use them as a ref you might as well just steal them, those models are exactly the same... and you should never use a model as a reference

Make them higher poly, cause what you are doing now is just a slow and tedious form of ripping.

How do you even know what my poly count is? Anyway I was thinking of adding more detail to it anyway later when i finish the model.

No. But I didn't change much yet in the model.

Here's a wireframe.

EDIT: I'll get more wireframe pictures later.

You can't really call a map... And I can see what you guys are saying about the ripping by using referances and just making the same. I agree, continue making differances to improve on it, this is halo so everything doesn't have to be 4 sided :D
