pmi questions

i just pmi'ed a pelican and it looks good to me except for the fact that it has no guns...normal?
can you pmi something in a map that is allready pmi'ed?

That is normal. The SP pelican has no gun on it as well. There is a way to alter it, I just don't know how.

You can put a gun with HEK.

Well its the only way he's gunna get guns. And he can convert it to PC after.
