Need a TuT for Rain in Halo PC

I know this is this is jurassic era, but i just forgot how. I'll just need a tutorial on how to add rain in Halo PC.

Well heres a tutorial on snow, maybe you can get the basic idea from this:

Yea its the same tutorial, just different files for rain. I think you need rain.pphy.meta, rain.bitm.meta, and one more i forget....
