How to get the default lockout .map file

Hello everyone, I am currently making a lockout lvl on another game and I was wondering if someone could lend me the lockout.map file or even better send me all the textures from the lockout. Well eitiher one will do. Thanks, odinzu

Don't bother asking for .map files here. It's illegal to give to people, get them off your disk.

Don't ask for the textures either that's ripping the bitmaps and it's illegal as well.

As you can see it is illegal to distribute this sort of content from Halo 2.
