At the moment my exercise has been minimal, I've finished school and I have no priorities for once and I wanna utilise my chance to do nothing for awhile.

But alas! I need to get in shape soon, I really enjoy playing soccer (I'd say football, but as this mainly an American populated site, you may think I'd be referring to that inferior gridiron football) and squash.

I'm unfit :D

isnt lacrosse such a weird sport with the weirdshaped ballcatchthingy's? i remember buying such a game with Intertoys .. if you do the right movement with this weirdshaped thing, you can give the ball tremendous velocity :shock:

I play tennis regularly all year long, and in the summer I wakeboard and in the winter I snowboard, but I'm in the process of learning both of those so I'm not that good yet.

The offense, "Attack", can get the ball going well over a hundred miles per hour.
It's not so bad once you get used to it hitting you, but you really gotta be scared when they can do it right, AND left handed.

I've cracked a few shin bones, and my knees make weird noises when I do squats. :x

Pointguard for basketball, quarterback for football, goalie for soccer, lots of golf, out fielder for baseball(I don't like playing baseball too much), I love to ski, I love playing field hockey but there are no leagues here, I suck at lacrosse and tennis (tennis and baseball messes up golf swings; therefore I despise those sports)
