I don't know about America, but here, if you're an undercover cop, you will either be a form of special forces; e.g. anti-terror, naroctics etc... we wouldn't make undercover cops for driving offences, it just wouldn't be worth it.

No, I mean it was a normal car driving along the road. And all of a sudden it turned around, so I figured it was just a pissed off guy. But then lights on the inside of it started flashing.
