[halo 2] Photoshop :-(

Post by Jubakuba »

Not sure this can go here, seeing as it doesn't pertain completely to Halo, but...

I am horrid at making skins...
mainly I go to a website I know of and take the textures, and make them tile.
I've tried following ScottyGEE's tut on tiling correctly too, and I can't get into the part where he makes a stamp, because I can't figure it out on Photoshop CS2.

Mainly though, I wanted to know how the heck to make my own textures completely...
If you can help, please reply or PM.

No. Not mipmaps.

He just does this.

Ctrl+A=select all
Ctrl+C=copy
File>New=make the size very large...like 2000x2000
Ctrl+V=Paste the image over and over again...moving them side to side...etc...with snap on.

there ya go.
